Field Test - Mountain Bike

Understanding your body composition, heart rate, and power numbers provides you with valuable insights to monitor your progress and set realistic goals.

The assessments are two-hours long and includes:

  • a body composition assessment of circumference measurement and body fat with skin calipers.

  • a sub-max test to determine your heart rate and power threshold. It is recommended to have at least a heart rate monitor (chest strap) for this test and a method to capture the data (e.g. garmin device). Apple watches are not recommended.

  • We will do a proper warmup followed by (2) timed efforts.
