ELITE COACHING

Looking to up your riding and training to prepare for your next A race or perhaps have a strong race season. Or simply to ride stronger and faster for yourself. This complete coaching profile will start with an in depth review of your goals, your strengths and opportunities for change, and create a personalized training program. We won’t just train your body, but work on your nutrition, your core and muscular strength and power, along with skills.

This is a monthly subscription of in-depth training.  Valuable for riders who are committed and looking for big gains.

  • Individualized detailed weekly training program including riding time, intensity, off bike training, rest, etc.  

  • Utilize HR and Power Zones

  • Training Peaks Account - this is the online training program to generate training rides and workouts.

  • Monthly 60-minute Phone Call/in person

  • Monthly Training Plan Schedule Review and Update

  • Assessments - pre, during, and post

  • 25% discount to strength training program

TEAM COACH

This may be a team of friends getting ready for a big ride like the Belgium Waffle Ride or you could be part of a competitive mountain bike or road bike team. Training as a team offers many benefits - accountability, sharing the experience, good friendships, and you help each other.  

  • Training Peaks membership for entire team

  • Weekly detailed training program

  • Monthly individual assessments

  • Monthly 60-min check in with team to review training progress and discuss concerns.

  • Personalized monthly strength training program for the team.

Having a coach enables you to get a birds eye view of your progress. If you need to check in and review your progress and gain insight to some key training strategy, this might be the perfect solution.

  • 60-90 minute in depth review of your goals and training program. Ideally in person but can be on the phone.

  • Follow up report on opportunities for improvement including three personalized training protocols.
